“We eat with our eyes first”. This is one of my favorite expressions and that I apply often in my cooking. The entry I am now presenting is an excellent (and delightful) example!
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- Cheese for pizzas in sticks or grated
- Bacon cubes
- Chives
Method
1. Cook the potatoes in hot water
2. Cut the edges of the potatoes and with the help of a spoon remove the filling
3. Stuff the potatoes with a layer of bacon and another layer of cheese until filling the whole potato
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese and bacon are cooked
5. Chop a little chive and sprinkle
